Your Role: As a Client Registration Coordinator at Aspire Health Partners, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs. This position is ideal for those who are looking to shape their career path while being part of a supportive community of health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Management: Handle scheduling and rescheduling of client appointments, including insurance verification and benefits review.
  • Financial Assessment: Conduct insurance screenings, collect deductibles, copays, and coinsurance.
  • Client Consultation: Provide financial consultations to current and prospective clients to assess their financial status.
  • Documentation Collection: Identify and gather necessary financial documents to meet eligibility criteria; prepare fee estimates for the complete course of care.
  • Payment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop suitable payment plans and identify funding sources.
  • Financial Monitoring: Regularly run monthly financial assessments and insurance verifications to keep financial records current.
  • Agreement Management: Oversee financial screening and payment agreements with alternative funders.
  • Authorization Management: Complete initial and ongoing authorizations and discharge summaries; verify client insurance eligibility and coverage specifics.
  • Client File Maintenance: Ensure accurate establishment of master client files in the system and screen clients for appropriate funding sources.
  • Reporting: Maintain an updated calendar and tracking information relevant to financial and insurance updates through regular reporting.
  • Documentation Timeliness: Ensure all financial documentation is completed promptly and updated as client financial situations change.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the finance department and supervisors to address any financial qualification and collection issues.
  • Flexibility: Be prepared to work at various locations and manage financial responsibilities while adapting to the needs of the program.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with Program Directors and staff, maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct in accordance with agency policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience or equivalent as a Registered Medical Assistant, or a Bachelor's Degree with relevant training in insurance, screening, data entry, and fee collection.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid regulations and understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and billing requirements.
  • Ability to engage with challenging clients and address multiple staff needs; must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills.
  • Level II Background clearance is required.
