Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at MMI Hospitality Group. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Southern Hospitality to guests throughout their stay
- Manage guest services-related duties, including directing calls and answering inquiries
- Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure a positive guest experience
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of local area attractions and services
Requirements:
- Previous guest service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
