Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided to guests in the club lounge.
  • Manage the flow of questions and direct guests within the lobby.
  • Maintain the condition of the club lounge and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Represent property management in resolving guest or property-related situations.
  • Supervise all areas of club lounge operations in the absence of Room Operations management.
  • Train staff and monitor adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Communicate performance expectations to employees in accordance with job descriptions for each position.
  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related professional area.
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related professional area.
