Job Description

AbbVie is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Strategic Account Management to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, customers, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and development to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including market trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in oncology sales, with a focus on thoracic oncology
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
