Job Title: Associate Territory Account Manager

At Rand Worldwide, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Inside Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and expanding our IMAGINiT footprint within an established and targeted customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers to identify unmet needs and efficiency opportunities.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to strategically sell IMAGINiT's services and products, highlighting the positive impact they can provide.
  • Prioritize and plan daily activities based on potential and urgency, leading sales discoveries, developing presentations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and secure business, formulating and executing a rolling business plan of action.
  • Effectively utilize sales efficiency tools, professional and social media platforms to drive access, awareness, and engagement.
  • Take ownership of continuously educating and professionally developing yourself to navigate current and future industry changes.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of successful sales growth and/or extensive customer engagement experience.
  • Good business acumen and skill set to manage the full sales cycle.
  • Ability to communicate and engage with a high volume of accounts on a daily basis.
  • Capacity to manage multiple internal and external teams, as well as external resources to ensure comprehensive solutions.
  • Proficient in sales platforms and available customer-related technology.

Additional Information:
  • Year 1 Anticipated Compensation (base salary + commissions): $60,000 - $90,000.
  • Base Salary $40,000.
