Position Overview:

The Senior Source Test Project Manager is responsible for executing complex technical tasks related to air quality ambient monitoring, odor assessments, source testing, data collection, and compliance reporting for our clients. This role also involves supporting Air Quality Permitting and Compliance initiatives, analyzing regulatory issues, and effectively communicating findings within the organization and to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ambient air quality monitoring and source testing projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Manage data collection, recordkeeping, and reporting processes to maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance on permit-related issues and collaborate with clients to address their environmental compliance needs.
  • Conduct facility site support using various test methods and monitoring equipment systems.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding emissions monitoring and reporting.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot air monitoring equipment in the field.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in ambient air quality monitoring, industrial hygiene, or source testing, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Qualified Source Test Individual (QSTI) certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in technical writing and capable of interpreting complex data for practical applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
  • Experience in project management and advanced computer applications, including database management.
