Work Arrangement: Hybrid Schedule: 3 days In-office / 2 Remote
Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000
Experience Level: Senior

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all stages of project development from initial proposal to final construction. Your primary duties will include:

  • Leading multidisciplinary teams with a comprehensive understanding of architecture, construction, landscaping, and various engineering fields such as civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Conducting budget assessments and financial modeling.
  • Managing extensive projects that involve collaboration with senior engineers and subcontractors.
  • Addressing design challenges and compliance issues while resolving conflicts.
  • Creating innovative solutions for complex project demands.
  • Producing detailed drawings, reports, and specifications for projects exceeding $10 million.
  • Preparing proposals and cost estimates for significant and high-visibility projects.
  • Generating meeting agendas, reports, and punch lists.
  • Facilitating construction meetings and regulatory discussions with a solid grasp of compliance issues.
  • Reviewing construction-related documents, including bids, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to other project managers, engineers, and staff.
  • Assisting designers and engineers with time management and prioritization.
  • Organizing and leading internal training sessions for P2S personnel.
  • Overseeing the design process throughout the construction phase.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of direct Project Management experience with a proven track record of managing major, long-term projects.
  • Ability to work under general administrative direction regarding project requirements.
  • California Professional Engineering Certificate (preferred); PMP certification (preferred).
  • Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
  • Communication: Strong ability to respond and engage with clients on time-sensitive tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
