Our client is a prominent general contractor with expertise in office spaces, entertainment facilities, and specialized clean room improvements. They maintain strong partnerships with high-value clients and currently have a robust pipeline of projects valued at over $90 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee tenant improvement projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget.
- Manage all aspects of project activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Work collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project specifications and expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Identify potential risks and issues, implementing solutions promptly to maintain project timelines.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project status.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their project experience.
- Report directly to the General Manager, ensuring streamlined communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of project management experience with a general contractor, specifically in office and commercial tenant improvements.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to tenant improvements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
