Client Information

Our client is a prominent general contractor with expertise in office spaces, entertainment facilities, and specialized clean room improvements. They maintain strong partnerships with high-value clients and currently have a robust pipeline of projects valued at over $90 million.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee tenant improvement projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget.
  • Manage all aspects of project activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project specifications and expectations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, implementing solutions promptly to maintain project timelines.
  • Prepare and deliver regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project status.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their project experience.
  • Report directly to the General Manager, ensuring streamlined communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of project management experience with a general contractor, specifically in office and commercial tenant improvements.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to tenant improvements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
