Job Summary:

PEAK Technical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering complex projects from initial planning to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects, including financial analysis, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead diverse technical teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and create detailed project budgets to ensure accurate cost estimation.
  • Manage large-scale projects involving various disciplines, including construction, engineering, and architecture.
  • Solve complex design and compliance issues efficiently, ensuring that projects meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develop creative solutions for complex challenges, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive project success.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and proposals for significant projects, showcasing your technical expertise and project management skills.
  • Lead project meetings and negotiate with regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review construction-related documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, expanding business opportunities and driving growth for PEAK Technical Staffing.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Facilitate internal training sessions and mentoring, sharing your expertise and experience with colleagues.
  • Oversee projects from design to construction completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently, with a focus on driving project success.
  • Preferably holds a California Professional Engineering Certificate or PMP, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to project management.
  • Excellent communication skills and client interaction abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Revit, with a focus on leveraging technology to drive project success.
