Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at W. O. Grubb. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring seamless communication with staff and customers, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer accounts receivable, payroll, and accounts payable
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and room reservations for field personnel
  • Process petty cash and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Review and submit expense reports for approval
  • Interface with insurance carriers and troubleshoot insurance issues
  • Perform Notary Public services as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in accounting software and modern office equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
