We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at UniFirst. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform data entry and customer service duties
- Review, organize, and maintain customer and employee files
- Manage human resource issues and process applications
- Assist employees with benefits, health insurance, and payroll inquiries
- Voucher invoices for approval and payment
- Manage accounts receivables and petty cash
- Answer phone calls and provide information to callers
- Two-year degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively to managers, clients, and customers
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables
- Ability to interpret instructions and operate computer systems
