Business Development Representative

Job SummaryPursue new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and partners and developing strategies to win new business. This role will work closely with One Billing Solutions, providing small rural 911 systems with a worry-free business processing solution.
Responsibilities- Actively seek out temporary staffing opportunities at medical facilities.
- Identify, nurture, and finalize business relationships.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines.
- Identify and reach key decision-makers.
- Seal deals and transfer them to the account management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends.
- Communicate effectively and adapt communication according to the client.
- Seek understanding of potential client challenges.
- Understand and apply OneStaff's offerings as a vendor.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to manage sales expectations while managing a team.
- Business-to-business sales experience, with cold calling a plus.
- General business intelligence.
- Knowledge of medical staffing terminology.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in sealing deals.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong skillset in Microsoft platforms.
