Position Summary: The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will deliver exceptional customer service and sales assistance, efficiently addressing inquiries related to MVP's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established procedures to provide timely and courteous service to customers and distributors.
  • Generate quotes, sales orders, and invoices based on customer requests received through various communication channels.
  • Assist the sales team with maintenance calls for clients and distributors.
  • Monitor and relay real-time information regarding order and lead time inquiries, including shipment notifications and invoicing details.
  • Act as a liaison between technical services, sales, and customers to resolve urgent issues.
  • Serve as a support center for customers and distributors, addressing concerns related to quoting, shipping, invoicing, payments, and returns.
  • Prepare and distribute receipts, bills, and statements as necessary.
  • Conduct research and provide necessary documentation to the accounts receivable and credit department.
  • Complete export documentation for shipping processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales support is preferred.
  • An Associate Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with international shipping and logistics is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is required.
  • Experience in marketing support and communication is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Capable of performing various physical activities including standing, sitting for extended periods, and manual dexterity tasks.
  • Must adhere to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
