Salary Range: $48,000 - $60,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly address all inquiries related to event planning
  • Engage with prospective and previous clients via phone
  • Arrange on-site consultations with potential clients
  • Draft correspondence for clients
  • Participate in client meetings and site evaluations as required
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our decor options and catering services to assist clients in making suitable selections for their events
  • Provide guidance on event logistics, timelines, schedules, and vendor coordination
  • Support in crafting proposals and pricing to align with client expectations
  • Oversee the transition of design contracts, payments, and deposits
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure all parties are updated on event contracts and relevant details

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year in a customer service role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexible availability for varied work hours
  • Previous experience in food service is advantageous
