Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. This role is based in our Knoxville, Tennessee office and will involve working closely with various departments to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers to the sales team and ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features to provide expert knowledge to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
