Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service and support to assigned sales representatives.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for all stock and special orders.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all contractors.
  • Assist sales representatives as needed.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Stay informed about the products offered, their applications, pricing, and new market introductions.
  • Adhere to company procedures regarding sales transactions, documentation, refunds, and credit memos.
  • Keep the assigned work area organized and tidy.
  • Encourage a collaborative team environment.
  • Report any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Prepare sales orders accurately.
  • Greet customers as they enter the store.
  • Manage and create special orders for installed product categories.
  • Receive and verify inventory deliveries.
  • Facilitate service requests and new order inquiries.
  • Coordinate door assembly schedules in accordance with company guidelines.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, up to four (4) hours.
Strength requirements include maximum lifts of 100 lbs. and frequent lifts/carries of 50 lbs.
Ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force to move objects.

Work Environment:
Indoor work in a climate-controlled setting.
Outdoor work in varying temperatures for extended durations.
