We are seeking an accomplished ADT Sales Team Manager for our expanding operations.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Sales Team Manager at Bulldog/ADT Security, candidates should possess a goal-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and comfort in a performance-driven atmosphere. Those selected for this role will leverage our proven training methods to motivate and develop their chosen sales team, ensuring consistent success. We expect our Sales Managers to exemplify leadership and set high standards for performance.

Our current Sales Managers come from diverse backgrounds, including Pest Control Sales, Window Sales, Roofing Sales, Solar Sales, Restaurant Management, Outside Sales, In-Home Sales, Energy Sales, and Home Security Sales. Qualifications:

  • *Availability to work Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM with some flexibility.
  • *2-3 years of experience in security alarm sales.
  • *2-3 years of experience in in-home sales.
  • *2-3 years of experience in outside sales.
  • *2-3 years of leadership experience.
  • *A solid and verifiable work history.
  • *Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • *Ability to pass a mandatory background check is required.
  • *Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation are required.
