Job Summary

Biblical Leadership for Excellence Inc. is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Executive Director of Biblical Leadership Excellence. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization dedicated to helping individuals experience God's greater purpose in their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the organization's mission and vision.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication methods and structures to ensure seamless collaboration among team members.
    • Provide regular financial and ministry reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Operational Oversight
    • Supervise daily ministry operations to ensure they are conducted in accordance with the approved budget and organizational policies.
    • Work to improve the ministry's quality, efficiency, and effectiveness through process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Team Management
    • Collaborate with the Board, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that all ministry events and activities support the organization's mission, vision, and strategy.
    • Effectively delegate tasks, make decisions, train, and role-clarify for staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers.
  • Representation and Communication
    • Demonstrate maturity and excellence in representing the ministry by maintaining mature and collaborative relationships with staff and ministry leaders.
    • Represent the ministry to the public, churches, businesses, and other organizations with integrity, maturity, and respect.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Passion for the Ministry's Mission
    • Be passionate about Biblical Leadership for Excellence Inc.'s mission, vision, and strategy.
  • Leadership Experience
    • Exemplify a life consistent with the ministry's strategy and core values.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills
    • Effective and enthusiastic communication skills in both public speaking and written communications.
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum of 10 years of work experience with exemplary character of servant leadership, of which 3 years needs to be in a traditional work outside a church or full-time ministry position.
    • Minimum 5 years personal ministry leadership experience as a volunteer serving in a church or ministry organization.
