Position Summary
The Client Development Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for our clients, providing consultative support aimed at effectively addressing their immediate concerns.
Key Responsibilities
The Client Development Specialist will manage all incoming client support inquiries, document information in our CRM system, resolve issues or escalate them internally as necessary. Additionally, the Specialist will assist in the installation, maintenance, training, and support of clients utilizing eDOC solutions, whether on-site or in a SaaS framework.
1. Attain comprehensive knowledge of the DocLogic product suite, eDOCSignature mDTM, supported hardware and drivers, CRM platform, telecommunication systems, email solutions, and other internal applications.
2. Aid in data conversion processes.
3. Develop and conduct training sessions for clients.
4. Offer suggestions for process enhancements.
5. Execute other professional service tasks as directed by the VP of Client Development.
6. Perform quality assurance testing as required.
7. Gain familiarity with the credit union sector.
8. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
1. An associate degree in a business or technical discipline is preferred.
2. Experience with MySQL / SQL is desired; other SQL knowledge is a plus.
3. Familiarity with Windows server operating systems and IIS is essential.
4. A minimum of one year of experience in the technology sector, imaging technology, or credit union environments is preferred.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Quick comprehension of technical concepts is necessary.
8. Capability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
