We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the Young Mens Christian Association of Wichita Falls. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, guests, and program participants.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants, contributing to member retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct interviews and tours to promote memberships and programs, and build relationships with members to help them connect with the YMCA.
- Handle and resolve membership concerns, and inform supervisors of unusual situations or unresolved issues.
- Apply all YMCA policies related to member services, and maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
- May be responsible for handing out locker keys and towels, and monitoring the locker rooms as required.
- Actively participate in membership growth and adhere to association and position training requirements.
- Work various hours and locations to meet association needs, and perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Certifications required within 60 days of hire: CPR/AED, and First Aid.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people.
- Previous customer service, sales, or related experience, with basic knowledge of computers.
- Minimum age 16.
