About the Role

The National Service Office is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team. As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance lifecycle of key applications developed for our organization's enterprise, primarily focused on Power BI reporting products with an emphasis on the underlying data model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile SDLC Management: Work closely with business owners to create and maintain a product backlog of use cases, user stories, epics, and features aligned with business value, product strategy, and ROI.
  • Technical Expertise, Escalation, Troubleshooting & Documentation: Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for product owners to address new work and/or concerns about products or delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working with SQL and DML.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working with Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, or like technologies.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working with SDLC and Agile frameworks required.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working with agile software development tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Trello.
  • HIPAA or equivalent security experience preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified ScrumMaster, or ITIL certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills across various mediums.
