Product Manager, Single Customer View - Denver, Colorado

In this role you will work as a member of the Digital Product team with a focus on building the digital experience for customers who visit Western Union across retail and digital channels. You will ensure customers coming on Western Union's website and app get all the benefits of a single customer view.

Role Responsibilities

  • This role is an individual contributor role and will be responsible for building the right online experience for cross-channel customers
  • Build and optimize the experience right from the 1st time a cross-channel customer lands on Western Union's website or app and through all his/her returning visits.
  • Be the key spokesperson of customer needs in all meetings with front end/ back end engineering leads and regional stakeholders
  • Work with the core single customer view team on identifying use cases that relate to different aspects of a cross-channel customer journey - use cases related to customer lookup, KYC, profile details, transaction history, etc
  • Own the requirement definition, research, metrics analysis, testing, launch and ongoing optimizations.
  • Work with an agile product owner for implementation of the requirements.
  • Be the subject matter expert for Single Customer view on digital and an advocate of customer needs.
  • Manage products ensuring proper alignment and approvals are obtained from Legal, Compliance, Privacy and Infosec

Role Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience.
  • Consumer product management experience, with a deep understanding of the technical ecosystems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to constantly deep dive and take decisions on the basis of data.
  • Experience creating wireframes, workflow diagrams, product features & stories
  • Experience driving projects with cross functional colleagues
  • Strong business writing, presentation, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to a broad range of audiences.
  • Great attention to detail coupled with experience seeing the bigger picture, prioritizing competing needs and providing extreme clarity to your team
  • Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience

Salary
The annual salary range is $107, ,687.50 USD Annual per year. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
