Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Swickard Auto Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching sales associates to deliver outstanding hospitality and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
Manage and maintain a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager at a franchise dealership or 7 years in an F&I or Floor Manager role
Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees
Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets
Strong desire to succeed and drive results
Focus on providing all customers with an exceptional experience
Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail with a commitment to solving complex problems
