Description:
The Human Resources Lead is accountable for executing HR-related functions for our organization. This role will collaborate closely with management and the corporate HR team. The position encompasses responsibilities in various areas including employee relations, training and development, performance evaluation, recruitment, compliance with employment laws, benefits administration, and HR administrative tasks.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversees recruitment efforts for all staff and temporary positions. Engages with educational institutions for work-study programs and collaborates with governmental agencies.
· Provides counseling for employee relations at the site.
· Develops and conducts training initiatives while maintaining comprehensive training records.
· Manages various human resource plans and procedures for all personnel; aids in the formulation and execution of personnel policies and procedures.
· Administers benefits as required.
· Suggests innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the department and services provided.
· Collaborates and shares best practices with HR leaders across all company locations.
· Maintains human resource information system records and generates reports from the database.
· Ensures compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
· Performs additional related duties as necessary.

Requirements:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
· A minimum of three to five years of experience in human resources within operational settings or HR management.
· MBA is preferred.
· SPHR or PHR certification is desirable.
· Proficient in computer systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
