Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with current and new agents, providing support and guidance to ensure their success.
  • FX Rate Negotiation: Monitor and negotiate day-to-day FX rates, commissions, and customer fees to increase volume transactions and maximize revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Perform regular market analysis on competitors' rates and pricing to stay ahead of the market and make informed decisions.
  • Transaction Support: Provide support to agents with transactions and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Partner with Field and Internal sales teams to increase volume and transactional revenue streams, driving business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 or more years' experience in Sales or Customer Support roles, with a strong background in financial services.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and financial skills, proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
