We cater to a diverse range of clients, from emerging startups to established Fortune 500 firms, and are currently seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute installation and maintenance of KDF PVD systems at client locations.
- Conduct training sessions for clients, both on-site and at our facilities, focusing on optimal equipment usage and upkeep.
- Engage in travel to client sites for both warranty and billable service engagements.
- Maintain professional interactions with clients and suppliers.
- Propose and facilitate the sale of parts and service solutions.
- Generate service reports and documentation related to client engagements.
- Provide technical assistance to clients through various communication channels, including online, phone, and email.
- Perform intricate electrical and mechanical adjustments and calibrations on KDF systems at our facility.
- Facilitate customer acceptance testing visits at our headquarters.
- Collaborate with KDF sales teams regarding potential new system orders.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the KDF application laboratory to address process challenges.
- Work alongside engineering teams to resolve technical and assembly issues.
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a Technical or Mechanical field.
- Demonstrated experience in servicing industrial machinery or equipment, particularly within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong diagnostic skills with the capacity to operate independently.
- Excellent communication abilities, particularly with a technical audience.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
