Job Description

Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nms Health. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for our application stack, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution according to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Provide technical support for the EPS and Pod systems, including creating and running SQL queries, generating custom reports, and resolving level 3 support tickets.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation and reporting using SQL Server.
  • Participate in special technology-related projects as assigned, contributing technical expertise and support.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server, including query creation and report generation.
  • Previous experience in technical support roles.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal staff.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a focus on technical support, troubleshooting, and scripting in C#.
