Technical Support Specialist

Softpath System is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting end-users in resolving hardware and software issues. This includes fielding telephone calls and email communication, diagnosing problems, and performing troubleshooting activities. You will also be responsible for documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to facilitate timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Imaging, configuration, and deployment of new devices
Data migration from existing to new devices, as well as updating of Treasury systems for device tracking and inventory
Utilizing SCCM and Provance systems
Requirements:
Associate's degree in a related area
Excellent customer service skills, as defined in the client service level agreement
