About the Role

Cadence Design Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team in the North America Mid-West Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maximizing the value of our solutions with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across our customer organizations.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge and industry expertise to identify and understand customer pain points and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales campaigns and manage the complete sales process.
  • Manage multiple priorities and drive results, with a proven track record of overachieving sales goals.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of EDA tools, IP, systems/PCB/IC design, and the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to identify and understand customer pain points and develop tailored solutions.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
