Sales and Account Executive, Logistics Division

This role requires a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Two years of experience with telemarketing sales or three years of telesales experience are also desired. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects, developing relationships, negotiating and closing sales, responding to inquiries and requests, and managing accounts towards SMART gallon and profit goals. The individual will also be responsible for coordinating with company stakeholders to maximize opportunities, consulting with the Divisional Director of Sales, and offering subject matter expert consultations to customers.
Key performance indicators include meeting SMART gallon and profit goals, remaining current with changes in the fuel industry, acquiring market intelligence, and modeling behaviors that support the company's common purpose.
