Director of Logistics Sales and Development

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a team of Sales Executives
- Leading, holding accountable, and developing team members to the next level
- Proactively identifying problems and implementing effective solutions
- Partnering with operations and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction
- Presenting streamlined technology solutions and conducting detailed analysis of customized needs
- Coordinating and managing all aspects of the proposal process
- Closing, activating, and retaining relationships with clients
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in logistics. Strong organization and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work locally in the LAX market.
