We are in search of a committed and seasoned Branch Operations Supervisor to join our team and manage the daily functions of our branch.


Position Overview:

The Branch Operations Supervisor will be accountable for overseeing the comprehensive operations of the branch, ensuring optimal efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

This position demands a proactive leader with a robust background in operational management, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the aptitude to inspire and guide a team.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in the hardware distribution sector and a thorough understanding of the housing market.

Key Duties:
Manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring seamless and effective processes.

Supervise and lead branch personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance assessments.

Formulate and execute operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and control stock levels to meet customer needs while minimizing expenses.

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace, encouraging teamwork and employee involvement.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Evaluate financial reports and operational metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and cost-saving measures.

Collaborate with the sales team to support sales strategies and achieve branch sales objectives.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers to guarantee timely delivery and service excellence.

Prepare and deliver regular performance reports on branch operations to senior management.

Employment Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
$63, $70,706.00 annually
