Qualifications:

Conditions of Employment: Candidates must fulfill all qualification requirements by the closing date of the announcement. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and suitable for Federal employment.

Specialized Experience: For the GS-14 level, candidates must possess one year of experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service. This experience should include:

  • Identifying and addressing the developmental and training needs of employees.
  • Applying financial and budgetary regulations and principles to oversee the planning and implementation of program operations.
  • Employing effective communication techniques to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Information: This position may require temporary telework arrangements while renovations are underway at the headquarters office. Employees will be notified when to return to the office and may be eligible for telework based on their work schedule.
