Role Summary:

As a Litter Management Supervisor and Driver at Professional Facility Services LLC, you will be integral to the effective management of daily operational tasks. Your key responsibilities will encompass the following:

  • Performing comprehensive evaluations of operational vehicles and recording any discrepancies on the designated inspection report.
  • Ensuring fuel levels are maintained in the work vehicle on scheduled days.
  • Adhering to all traffic regulations while operating the vehicle.
  • Facilitating the clock-in process for team members upon arrival and ensuring completion of necessary health forms.
  • Monitoring crew attendance and confirming any callbacks prior to initiating scheduled activities.
  • Engaging with team members weekly to efficiently handle leave requests.
  • Executing minor repairs on equipment as required, including tire changes on the assigned vehicle.
  • Maintaining an internal documentation system to track both commendable and concerning behaviors of team members.
  • Launching litter and debris removal initiatives, including the documentation of cleaned streets and completion of litter tracking.
  • Capturing images of bulk items and noting their locations for record-keeping.
  • Organizing litter bags in a specified area when the vehicle is at capacity and submitting the required documentation upon finishing each area.
  • Assisting with end-of-day procedures, which include cleaning the vehicle's interior with the team before concluding operations.
