Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer invoicing processes.
- Prepare, post, verify, and document customer payments along with other transactions associated with accounts receivable.
- Establish and nurture effective working relationships with internal teams and communicate efficiently with customer representatives.
- Assist in the preparation for weekly assessments of customer receivables aging alongside finance management.
- Resolve any discrepancies in customer payments promptly.
- Conduct reconciliations of customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate customer information, including exemption certificates.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in EDI billing and handling high-volume returns and adjustments.
- Experience with retail portals is preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAGE 100 is a plus.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
