Position:
Investment Account Coordinator

Location:
Milwaukee Lewis Center, Milwaukee, WI

Compensation:
$28.40/hour

Duration: 5+ months, (Contract to hire)

Comprehensive training provided.
5 Days onsite during the training phase (approximately 8 weeks)
Training hours: 8AM – 4:30PM or 5PM (Two 15-minute breaks, 30-minute lunches)

Transition to Hybrid Work:
Position will shift to a hybrid model after training (3 days per week onsite)

Available Shifts:
8AM-4:30PM

9:30AM-6PM

10:30AM-7PM

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Experience in customer service
  • Prior knowledge or experience in financial investments

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Edge (minimum 2-3 years of entry-level experience)
  • Adobe PDF (entry-intermediate level experience)

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with TA2000 software
  • Familiarity with AWD (Imaging Program)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the processing of new accounts, transactions, redemptions, exchanges, and account maintenance.
Handle change requests to meet critical deadlines.

Respond to inquiries from current and prospective shareholders via telephone, providing general information about investment options and account balances.

Initiate financial transactions and adjustments as authorized by departmental guidelines.
Calculate and process share trades, determine dividend distributions, and reconcile account balances.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and apply diverse client and fund information along with regulatory guidelines
  • Capability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient mathematical and computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
