Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily invoicing and customer billing processes.
- Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and other transactions associated with accounts receivable.
- Establish and nurture strong working relationships with internal teams and effectively communicate with customer representatives.
- Assist in the preparation for weekly reviews of customer receivables aging with the finance management team.
- Resolve discrepancies in customer payments promptly.
- Conduct customer account reconciliations.
- Maintain comprehensive customer information, including exemption certificates.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in EDI billing and handling high-volume returns and adjustments.
- Experience with retail portals is preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with SAGE 100 is advantageous.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
