Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily billing tasks for customers.
- Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and related transactions.
- Foster and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and customer contacts.
- Assist in the preparation for weekly reviews of customer receivables aging with finance management.
- Resolve discrepancies in customer payments efficiently.
- Conduct customer account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate customer information, including Exemption Certificates.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in EDI Billing and handling high-volume returns and adjustments.
- Experience with Retail Portals is preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with SAGE 100 is advantageous.
- An Associate or College Degree is preferred.
