Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to develop and execute a strategic plan for targeting unregulated markets, including CPG, MFG, High Tech, and Telco. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and new customer acquisition in these segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy for growth and new customer acquisition in unregulated markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver compelling value propositions
  • Track and analyze key metrics and business trends, and communicate insights to management
  • Support all aspects of regional development, including meeting with customer influencers and planning focused marketing activities
  • Engage with customers to ensure they are set up for success post-deal
  • Prospect new customers through targeted outbound activity
  • Establish Copado as a best-in-class solution for customer growth goals, strategies, and initiatives
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Participate in product, sales, and process training to develop expertise in the Copado solution, vision, and strategy
  • Manage account relationships, pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce CRM
Requirements
  • 4+ years of recent experience selling technology and IT solutions
  • 1+ years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem for a sales capacity
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Engage with all kinds of people, building and leveraging relationships to create mutually beneficial value
  • Expert at multitasking and working with shifting priorities and uncertainty in a startup environment
  • Possess a passion to lead and build a region by collaborating and motivating others to execute a defined plan and strategy
  • Be a team player, understanding that other groups within the company need to be successful and you can successfully work together
  • Emotionally intelligent, able to deliver and receive feedback in a professional manner
