Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to develop and execute a strategic plan for targeting unregulated markets, including CPG, MFG, High Tech, and Telco. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and new customer acquisition in these segments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional strategy for growth and new customer acquisition in unregulated markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver compelling value propositions
- Track and analyze key metrics and business trends, and communicate insights to management
- Support all aspects of regional development, including meeting with customer influencers and planning focused marketing activities
- Engage with customers to ensure they are set up for success post-deal
- Prospect new customers through targeted outbound activity
- Establish Copado as a best-in-class solution for customer growth goals, strategies, and initiatives
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Participate in product, sales, and process training to develop expertise in the Copado solution, vision, and strategy
- Manage account relationships, pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce CRM
- 4+ years of experience selling technology and IT solutions
- 1+ years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem for a sales capacity
- Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Expertise in multitasking and working with shifting priorities and uncertainty in a startup environment
- Passion for leading and building a region through collaboration and motivation
- Emotional intelligence and ability to deliver and receive feedback in a professional manner
