About the Role

Audacy New Orleans is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join its Media Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing integrated marketing solutions to help businesses achieve their marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective customers to discuss their marketing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate account lists and solicit new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present promotional plans, sales literature, and advertising proposals to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their marketing objectives are met.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and client remotes to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, sales marketing, account management, or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Basic understanding of advertising and marketing principles, including digital, audio, and interactive media.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to develop unique marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts to clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude and desire to continuously grow income.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
