Job Overview

Parc Communities LLC, a distinguished operator of upscale senior living environments, is seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Associate. With a commitment to excellence in hospitality and care, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality independent living, assisted living, and memory care services.

Role Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Associate plays a vital role within the Sales and Marketing Team, providing essential support to the Director of Sales and Marketing. This position is responsible for:

  • Generating and managing leads to achieve and surpass occupancy targets.
  • Conducting community tours for potential residents and their families.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with prospective residents and referral sources.
  • Educating families on senior care options and guiding them through the decision-making process.

Reporting Structure:

Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or an associate's degree with relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record in lead generation and closure.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Initiatives:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet community occupancy goals.
  • Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their families.
  • Follow up with leads through various communication methods.
  • Assist in coordinating seamless move-ins for new residents.

Resident Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new residents, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Provide compassionate service to address the needs of prospects and their families.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in creating marketing materials and managing online presence.
  • Participate in community events and promotional activities.
  • Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Contribute ideas for improving sales and marketing efforts during team meetings.

  • Adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
