Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or surpass occupancy objectives.
  • Lead Management: Conduct community tours for prospective residents and their families, providing comprehensive information about our services.
  • Follow-Up: Engage with leads through various communication methods, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Move-In Coordination: Assist in facilitating smooth transitions for new residents, ensuring all needs are met during the process.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep the CRM database updated with accurate and timely information regarding leads and sales activities.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective residents, their families, and referral sources.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new residents, creating a welcoming environment and addressing any concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with families throughout the move-in process, providing guidance and support.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures and advertisements.
  • Participate in community events and promotional activities to enhance visibility.
  • Manage the community's online presence, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales activities, leads, and occupancy metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales and Marketing Director regarding performance and market insights.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to resident care and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas for enhancing sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of generating and closing leads.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
