Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the company's comprehensive service platform to insurance agents and financial professionals as part of recruitment initiatives.
  • Engage potential prospects through outreach activities, including cold calling, marketing events, and in-person visits to recruit agents and financial professionals.
  • Act as a primary contact to cultivate business relationships and participate in various events, setting up booths and distributing promotional materials.
  • Evaluate product performance to assist agents in addressing clients' financial needs and achieving their goals.
  • Educate agents on innovative concepts in retirement planning and wealth transition through effective financial strategies.
  • Support affiliated life agents with insurance sales and transactions, including scheduling medical examinations and gathering insured data.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to remain informed about product knowledge across all insurance carriers.
  • Experienced Regional Support Specialists may advance to the role of Regional Director, overseeing a regional branch.

Requirements

  • Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is preferred; new hires must obtain the necessary licensing within three months of probation.
  • Fluency in English and either Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean is required.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promotion activities is essential.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state to attend events and meet potential prospects.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a career-oriented mindset, professional etiquette, and a positive attitude towards learning and growth.
