Job Title: Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at NOVO Building Products. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
