Job Summary

The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. This involves presenting comprehensive proposals, negotiating competitive pricing structures, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and account management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations
  • Negotiate pricing structures and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in media or advertising
  • Demonstrated track record of business-to-business sales success
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Physical Demands

This role requires frequent travel, both in-office and in-field, with the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required.
