Account Manager

The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. This involves presenting comprehensive proposals, negotiating competitive pricing structures, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and account management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations
- Negotiate pricing structures and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in media or advertising
- Demonstrated track record of business-to-business sales success
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Account Management: Building long-term relationships with clients and maximizing revenue
- Fostering Communication: Effective listening and communication with clients and internal teams
- Initiative: Proactively identifying opportunities and driving sales growth
- Managing the Sales Process: Following a structured sales methodology to achieve targets

- Presentation: Delivering engaging presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
This role requires frequent travel, both in-office and in-field, with the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required.
