We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive, Direct Sales to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Provide sales leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- 8-12 years of experience selling technology solutions
- Exceptional customer management and strategic selling skills
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
- Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills
