Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of landscaping projects from initial concept through to completion.
- Develop and control budgets, ensuring projects are executed within financial parameters while optimizing profitability.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize advanced Excel capabilities for financial oversight, data analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold superior landscape maintenance standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to track project progress and compliance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to synchronize efforts and achieve project objectives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and expansion.
- Regularly assess and analyze profit margins to detect trends, potential challenges, and areas for enhancement.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in an Account Management capacity within the Landscaping sector of the Construction industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial oversight, and profit margin evaluation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial management and analytical tasks.
- ALCA and SPCC Certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and quality assurance practices.
- Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
