About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Real Floors, Inc. As a key player in our sales efforts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers to provide outstanding solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivate relationships with existing accounts and explore new opportunities within your territory
  2. Showcase our products and services to customers, helping them find the perfect fit for their needs
  3. Utilize cutting-edge technology to generate take-offs and estimates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  4. Navigate pricing discussions with finesse, finding solutions that work for both our customers and Real Floors, Inc
  5. Be the first point of contact for any customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and a positive experience
  6. Set ambitious sales goals and work diligently to achieve them, driving growth for our business
  7. Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to our management team
  8. Embrace versatility by willingly taking on other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team
Requirements:
  • Industry knowledge in the single-family/residential rental homes sector or familiarity with flooring is a plus
  • Passion for sales and a proven track record of success
  • Innovative thinking and a willingness to adapt to new ideas and approaches
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Customer focus and the ability to put the customer first in everything you do
  • Articulate and persuasive communication, both verbal and written
  • Tech proficiency and the ability to adapt to new technologies
