Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at The Rockridge Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Utilize your exceptional prospecting skills to identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Leverage your relationships with clients to upsell and cross-sell our services, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Qualify Projects: Effectively qualify projects to maximize an efficient sales cycle, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Develop and Deliver Custom Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with our internal creative department and clients to assist in the development of effective advertising campaigns.
  • Partner with Operations and Administrative Staff: Partner with our operations and administrative staff to ensure timely delivery of advertisements in agreed-upon locations.
  • Resolve Billing and Account Issues: Assist in the resolution of issues related to billing and accounts, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and professional service.
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Project Management: Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand existing business processes and investigate and troubleshoot issues in a time-critical environment.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Sales and Marketing: Demonstrated sales and marketing skills, with the ability to sell at all levels, including C-Level positions.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in OOH Advertising: Experience in out-of-home advertising, media sales, or a related field.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Local market knowledge and understanding of the advertising landscape.
  • College Degree or Equivalent: College degree or equivalent practical experience.
Additional Details:
  • Compensation: The base/draw on this position is $65,000, with a total compensation package of $70,000-$75,000.
  • Work Environment: The office may be operating hybrid right now, but we expect our team members to be in-office and work full-time at some point.
